Alright in these next few problems, we need to determine whether each graph shows um whether it is a maximum a minimum or either. No, and in question number one, our graph looks like this, so we have a parabola here. Okay. And your job is to decide whether it has a maximum a minimum or neither. So as we follow the line of this graph, we can recognize that it goes up and then comes back down and these arrows indicate that it's going to continue going down in both of these directions, sort of if we continued on for a really long time, going into the negative direction. Okay, so we can actually identify that this graph has a maximum value just going to be right here at the tip of this curve or this Proble as a maximum.

Math Review - Intro
In mathematics, a proof is a sequence of statements given to explain how a conclusion is derived from premises known or assumed to be true. The proof attempts to demonstrate that the conclusion is a logical consequence of the premises, and is one of the most important goals of mathematics.
Algebra - Example 1
In mathematics, algebra is one of the broad parts of mathematics, together with number theory, geometry and analysis. In its most general form, algebra is the study of mathematical symbols and the rules for manipulating these symbols; it is a unifying thread of almost all of mathematics.
