1. Enable Location Services

Android Devices:

4. In Location, tap ‘While Using the App.’ This gives Snapchat your location, but only if or when you’re using the Snapchat app.

5. Locate ‘Filters,’ and tap the slider to the right to turn it ON.

6. While you’re at it, you might as well find ‘Travel Mode,’ and tap the slider to the right to turn it ON. This lowers the amount of mobile data Snapchat can chew up. It will even save you some of your battery life with it’s turned on.

iOS Devices:
